Dosage:
- mostly available as a juice or a tea extract.
- drink a maximum of 100 to 150 ml per day or approximately 3-5 ounces.
- first time users, dilute the juice in a ratio of 1:1 (100 ml of direct juice and 100 ml of water) or 1:2 (100 ml of direct juice and 200 ml of water).
