Ptaah: I have the following to say beforehand:
8. A) For the following period until the end of May, we have prepared a series of explanations, necessities, information and advice from our committee for you concerning the necessary conduct with regard to the Corona plague, and we recommend that you act in accordance with these, as you have also done so far on your own initiative.
9. The safety measures which you have sensibly devised at the right time on your own initiative and which you have been following voluntarily for months, were and are absolutely correct, just as it was and is also good that you have also included my personal advice in your own good and correct decisions on your self-determined behaviour, just as the foreign core-group members and PG members have also done to a large extent and thereby protected yourselves from harm.
10. B) However, in order to make some recommendations from our side for all core-group members in the centre as well as for all out-of-town core-group members and passive group members worldwide, we have now worked out a few more things for you.
11. However, these recommendations should not only apply to all of you who are resident in the Centre and who duly and sensibly separate yourselves from the outside world, thus ensuring a certain security against infection, but also to all FIGU association members as a whole, as well as to all Earth-humans who are willing to take responsibility for themselves and their fellow human beings.
12. C) What you all voluntarily do in the centre as a result of reason and rationality, aligning yourselves accordingly and observing the safety measures, should also apply to all external core-group members and passive-group members, as necessarily also to all Earth-humans in general, although the majority of them have not kept to this advice and as a result will have to endure harm, suffering and hardship.
13. D) However, these necessary behavioural measures which we have to recommend now correspond to other measures than those which will now be irresponsibly enacted in the near future by the various earthly authorities as well as state leaders in ignorance and irrationality, in that they will again relax their halfway effective ordered safety measures far too extensively too soon and will also partly put an end to them.
14. And this will result in the coming days and weeks in a completely irresponsible manner, just as, according to our calculations, around 44 percent of the population will also be irresponsible and irresponsible, driven by egoism, self-importance and lack of conscience, and will disrupt public order in a demonstration-rebellious manner.
15. As a result of mindless and senseless stupidity, these 44 per cent of the populations of all countries, in complete irresponsibility, have, since the beginning of the Corona epidemic, neither recognised its danger nor even considered any preventive measures or safety precautions, so that it is many of these truth-denying people who, as a result of their stupidity, will spread the epidemic, but will also succumb to it themselves and to death.
16. It is these Earth-humans as a whole who, coming from all over the world, without understanding or reason, will cause damage to health and many other things through demonstrations, uprisings and violence.
17. And that this will come about will be the responsibility of the majority of the stupid people in the authorities and governments, who are incapable of their office and act completely irresponsibly contrary to what would be correct and should be done – which, instead of making loud-mouthed stupid speeches, would include extensive educational information to enlighten the populations comprehensively.
18. E) Regarding the Corona virus and the existing pandemic, it is also worth mentioning that the danger remains and will not be eliminated for a long time.19. So the risk of infection in normal as well as in special cases continues to exist and remains great and unpredictable, with infection occurring specifically through speaking, as I have already mentioned in other conversations.
20. This is because when talking, the virus is transmitted from one human being to another, namely by the expiratory droplets emitted by talking being transmitted through the air to other human beings, thereby infecting them, whereby the wind also plays a decisive role, as the case may be.
21. However, this fact can only be counteracted by wearing suitable protective masks that prevent the free emission of breath and expiratory droplets into the open air, so that they cannot be carried on by the air and wind.
22. However, such protective masks must conform to professional standards and be specifically equipped for this purpose.
23. However, I have further explanations to give in this regard and also elsewhere.
24. I want to recommend personally:
25. Do not allow yourselves to be misled by rash, negligent and reckless orders of official and governmental or of any organisational as well as private kind into wrong inadequate measures.
26. Misleading people into wrong behaviour of any kind can lead to dangerous health consequences, and in this respect it can also be too early relaxation and suspension of halfway effective safety measures.
27. Effectively, the Corona virus is extremely insidious, which as a result of wrong behaviour – which can be of a personal nature, recommended elsewhere or ordered by authorities and governments – can cause completely wrong and health-damaging actions, as well as imparting a false sense of security, as a result of which the Corona virus in its unpredictability can suddenly and unexpectedly become active again in a far-reaching and deadly manner.
28. Further, what is still to be explained are the following aspects:
29. 1) The very first protective measure that is to be observed under all circumstances in any case refers to maintaining a safe distance of at least two (2) metres from one human being to another.
30. a) If there is no certainty of infection of the other human being by a virus, bacterium or micro-organism, then on the one hand a safe distance of two and a half (2.5) metres from the human being, as well as the wearing of an appropriate protective mask, a protective mask being of the FFP2 or FFP3 type, as appropriate, should be considered and maintained.
31. b) A protective distance of at least one and a half (1.5) metres is essential when dealing with persons who belong to the outer circle of one’s own family or a group if there is a certain degree of certainty that they are not infected by a virus, bacterium or micro-organism.
32. c) A protective distance of one and a half (1.5) to two (2) metres from other human beings should be maintained at all costs, such as when walking along streets, paths, squares and places, as well as when using means of transport and shopping centres, etc., whereby the wearing of an appropriate protective mask – FFP2 or FFP3 as required – should also be compulsory.
33. 2) Simple protective masks must be made of a suitable non-woven filter material that does not allow breath or expiratory droplets to escape or enter.
34. 3) Protective masks must not be made of paper or simple filterless fabrics, as such should also not be self-made – neither scarves, handkerchiefs, scarves, bras, napkins, etc. – because they are absolutely useless and useless and can neither filter out breath nor expiratory droplets.
35. Such products offer no protection whatsoever, above all they offer absolutely no protection against viruses, bacteria and micro-organisms, so they are not suitable for anything, but lull those who make or wear such products into a false sense of security.
36. 4) Industrially manufactured cheap paper or liner masks of all kinds usually do not contain any filtering agents, therefore they do not meet any standard of an effective protective mask, consequently they are absolutely useless and endanger the health of those who entrust themselves to the alleged protection of such pseudo-protective masks.
37. 5) Transparent face shields, so-called visors, are not only useless, but also misleading in terms of safety and thus dangerous to health.
38. Such visors are open downwards and sideways and therefore do not rest on the face, but only on the forehead and are therefore not closed.
39. As a result, both the breath and the expiratory droplets from the mouth are expelled uninhibited and spread all around.
40. This, as well as from elsewhere or from other persons whose breath and expiratory droplets can penetrate under the visor, which can then cause an infection in the person inhaling these particles.
41. 6) Only professional FFP2 fleece masks and effective FFP3 filter masks can be recommended, which are effective and contain appropriate filter materials, whereby the FFP3 filter masks alone are suitable for protecting against viruses, bacteria and micro-organisms in high numbers of over 90–96 percent.
42. 7) Simple but professional and recommendable FFP2 protective masks can only be used as disposable masks, depending on the type and material, while other better and good protective masks can be used several times and can be washed and disinfected; whereby no chemical substances should be used for washing, but natural products such as natural soaps, etc.
43. No chemicals should also be used for disinfection, but only a natural substance, such as 70% alcohol.
44. a) Simple, washable non-woven fabric protective masks should only be worn until they become uncomfortably wet as a result of moisture generated by breathing and talking and have to be replaced.
45. 8) Simple but professional and recommended FFP2 type protective masks are only useful in expelling and repelling breath and spreading or absorbing expiratory droplets, but they do not provide any protection against viruses, bacteria and micro-organisms.
46. 9) Disposable filtering respirators with a built-in filter are equivalent to an FFP3 product that contains a respiratory filter that cannot be replaced, thus the mask cannot be used after a certain number of hours of use and must be disposed of properly.
47. a) Depending on the case in relation to persons in the immediate vicinity who are not infected with a virus, bacterium or micro-organism with a certain degree of certainty, a disposable filtering protective mask may be worn and used for eight (8) to ten (10) hours, after which it should be disposed of appropriately.
48. b) As appropriate to persons – one or more – in the immediate vicinity who may be infected by a virus, bacillus or micro-organism in the event of uncertainty, a disposable protective mask shall be used for only up to four (4) but not more than five (5) hours, after which it shall be properly disposed of.
49. 10) Fixed face-fitting filtering half masks of the type FFP3, or filtering full-face masks with replaceable protective filters against viruses, bacteria and micro-organisms can be used for as long as the environment of the persons present around them allows according to their health.
50. a) Normal use eight (8) to ten (10) hours, with some assurance that no persons infected by viruses, bacteria or micro-organisms are in the vicinity.
51. After this time, replace both filters with new ones and dispose of old filters properly.
52. b) Normal use four (4) to maximum (5) hours, with some uncertainty that persons infected by viruses, bacteria or micro-organisms are moving in the vicinity.
53. After this time, replace both filters with new ones and dispose of old filters properly.
54. 11) It is normally unavoidable to carry out daily work that must be done to earn a living, consequently it is normally unavoidable to leave one’s personal living quarters and home in order to carry out one’s work duties away from home.
55. a) Performing daily work for subsistence requires that all possible safety and precautionary measures be taken and observed to ensure health and prevention of infection with viruses, bacteria, micro-organisms, fungi and parasites.
56. b) When carrying out daily work outside the personal living and home area, special factors must be taken into account, such as:
57. 1) Wearing protective masks when necessary;
58. 2) Keeping a distance of 2 m from the nearest person;
59. 3) No physical contact, hand greeting;
60. 4) exercise other general caution.
61. 12) Doing and carrying out certain activities where large numbers of persons usually form groups at the same time should be avoided and carried out at times when there are no crowds, such as early or late at night.
62. I will explain the following for general information and understanding of the many facts regarding various health-related factors:
63. x) Around and on human beings, as well as around and on mammals, animals, feathered creatures and all kinds of other living creatures, there are many small and very small forms of life, as well as mysterious viruses, which do not correspond to living beings, but rather to lifeless organic structures in a known number of 2.7 million, which are both good and malignant in nature, just as the case may be, whereby these, however, only become active via a host and can cause good or evil.
64. These diverse small and minute forms of life are viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites, some of which are good, necessary and indispensable for the existence of all life, while others are constructive and constructive, but others are dangerous, pathogenic and deadly.
65. All living creatures of every genus and species are completely covered, inside and out, by benign and vital bacteria by the billions.
66. However, these live not only on the skin, invisible to the normal eye, but also in the intestines and mucous membranes, in the mouth and everywhere, where they continuously ensure that other and pathogenic bacteria cannot penetrate the body and organs and cause disease.
67. The mere presence of billions of vital bacteria inhabiting the entire body is enough to repel and destroy individual or large quantities of disease-causing bacteria before they can settle and settle on the skin or in organs.
68. The body’s billion-fold bacterial defence protects it and all its organs as well as the primary immune system, regardless of whether the attackers are foreign bacteria, fungi, parasites or any other microorganisms.
69. Also against certain ‘light’ viruses, the body’s own skin-, organ- as well as immune system-dependent billionfold bacterial defence army is able to hold its own, but there are virus types against which the body’s entire bacterial defence system has no chance at all, consequently malignant viruses can break through the bacterial defence system, penetrate and wreak havoc in the organism.
70. This is the case, for example, when the human being is already helplessly susceptible to disease due to some previous illness and thus due to a weakness of the immune system, or when he damages and permanently destroys the bacterial protective layer of his body as a result of a nonsensical chemical body cleansing mania, because this causes the body’s own external bacterial protective shield to break down, whereby a malignant virus can penetrate the body and its organs and settle in the cells and begin its destructive work.
71. xx) Altogether, the tiny and most minute living beings – except viruses – are generally called germs, which, however, are to be divided into several groups, the most important of which are the bacteria and micro-organisms that can also be dangerous to the health of human beings and can even be life-threatening or simply harmful.
72. Amoebae, for example, are responsible for intestinal disorders, while parasites, such as plasmodia, cause malaria.
73. This, while fungal spores, for example, attach themselves to the skin and cause annoying skin diseases, as well as athlete’s foot and nail fungus and dandruff and fungal eczema, etc., spread widely and also cause all kinds of ailments and diseases.
74. xxx) In contrast to living bacteria, micro-organisms, fungi and parasites, viruses do not correspond to self-sufficient living beings, but to lifeless organic structures consisting merely of a lifeless shell in which their genetic material is contained.
75. The virus can only unfold this by using a host and then also produce a corresponding effect, and this only via the path of a cell of an organ of a living body.
76. If the lifeless virus connects with a living cell, then its only aim is to multiply and rapidly spread its genetic material, which usually contains cell-infecting pathogenic factors of a certain kind.
77. These then multiply very quickly on the one hand, while on the other hand they rapidly infect more and more cells and spread the disease contained in the genetic material and make it effective.
78. So the viruses need living cells in which the genetic material of the viruses is then multiplied and spread at breakneck speed.
79. If a human being is infected or infected with a virus, then the affected body cells are, so to speak, made slaves to the virus and abusively forced to multiply the genetic material – similar to a copying machine, which is given a written or pictorial document in the reading apparatus, after which the machine endlessly produces copy after copy, copy and copy etc.
80. xxxx) Through the action of the virus in the cells of the human body, the organism becomes ill, because the cells affected by the virus and its destructive genetic material can no longer perform their normal function, whereby the body’s own primary immune system is weakened and must summon up all its strength to be able to counter the infection, if the possibility of this is still given at all.
81. *) There are no drugs to defend against viruses, because viruses are not living beings, but only organic structures, which therefore have no metabolism, as is the case with all life-forms that take in food or also drugs and can process them and live – or die – like bacteria and micro-organisms.
82. **)With regard to very few viruses, there are indeed individual medicines that inhibit viral reproduction, but these medicines cannot be absorbed by a virus, because they have no possibility of a digestive instrumentarium and thus also no metabolic cycle.
83. Consequently, it is only the cells that take up the corresponding drug and use it in a transformative way to paralyse the virus, render it ineffective and let it perish.
84. ***) Viruses in relation to colds exist in large numbers, against which certain preventive vaccinations offer a good chance of preventing infection, as can also be the case in relation to influenza and hepatitis.
85. xxxxx) If we look at the diversity of bacterial groups, which are also called bacilli, then these tiny unicellular life-forms act on the one hand as vital factors, but also to a small extent as pathogens.
86. Bacteria can therefore also cause diseases, while others are benign and helpful for thriving as well as for the protection of health, so that a strict distinction must be made between them and care must be taken that any medicines, such as antibiotics, do not kill off vital bacteria.
87. +) An antibiotic is a strong bacteria-killing drug which, due to intolerance, can lead to antibiotic defence block or antibiotic immune attack, which, as far as I know, is not yet known in earthly medical science.
88. In addition, if used too often, complete antibiotic resistance can occur, as well as antibiotic intolerance, which can lead to the ineffectiveness of the medicine or to health complications.
89. ++) An antibiotic is a strong drug that kills all bacteria, so it kills not only the disease-causing bacteria but also the benign and important bacteria without exception, thus weakening the immune system and making it more susceptible to other pathogens.
90. +++) If an antibiotic is taken as a medicine against any pathogens, the healthy intestinal flora can be damaged in such a way that it completely collapses, whereby the entire digestion and thus also the body’s own primary immune system is disturbed, which inevitably also leads to a continuous disturbance of the secondary immune system.
91. This, in turn, inevitably disturbs the entire bacterial community and, with regard to digestion, leads to digestion to a confusion of all organic functions.
92. This can then lead to a permanent build-up of unfavourable bacteria in the intestine, resulting in chronic intestinal inflammation and irritable bowel syndrome and endless intestinal diseases, Crohn’s disease being one such disease.
93. Now, as general recommendations for behaviour and rules of conduct, the following should also apply:
94. 1) The burden on the overall health care system should be kept to a minimum and therefore not overburdened.
95. 2) Appropriate adaptation to the corona epidemic situation is essential and should therefore be observed, whereby these adaptations require in particular to remain as well as possible in one’s own living and housing area and to separate oneself personally as well as possible from normal contact with other persons outside this area.
96. 3) If separation from other persons is not possible for important reasons, then a necessary distance of at least two (2) metres from them is essential, as is the wearing of a suitable and appropriate protective mask.
97. 4) Persons suffering from illnesses and diseases or otherwise suffering from a weakened immune system must be careful not to come into close contact with persons living outside their own living and home environment, also in relation to their external circle of family, friends and acquaintances, because only in this way can a limited protection against the Corona virus be achieved.
98. 5) In order to maintain and care for the private environment and external family life, direct contact should be avoided, but – if necessary and unavoidable – only maintained at a distance of 2 metres and, under certain circumstances, only with the wearing of a protective mask.
99. a) As far as possible, contact and communication with family members and relatives living outside the personal living area, as well as with persons who are friends or acquaintances, should only be maintained by telephone, mobile phone, e-letter, chats or radio, etc.
100. 6) Visits to hospitals and other care facilities should be strictly avoided.
101. 7) With regard to personal hygiene, it is to be strictly ensured that this is also of great importance and adhered to during the separation period, which also includes correct hand washing and hand disinfection with absolutely chemical-free soaps or other cleaning agents.
102. Chemical products damage the skin, penetrate through the pores into the body and damage the organs, even causing cancer, etc.
103. 8) When coughing and sneezing, it is important that this is not done into the hands, but into the crook of the elbow or into special handkerchiefs and nasal tissues.
104. 9) Also in one’s own living quarters, care must be taken to keep a sufficient distance from the other residents living in the household if they are suffering from symptoms of illness, such as fever, coughing, feeling unwell, sneezing fits or flu, etc.
105. 10) If a person becomes seriously ill in his or her own living and living area, then care must be taken to ensure that spatial separation can take place; regular airing of all rooms in the living and living area should also be part of the daily routine.
106. 11) With regard to food procurement, care should be taken to shop only at times when there are few customers in the shops, and to visit shops only when absolutely necessary and only rarely; and if so, then only if appropriate protective masks are worn and the necessary distance is kept from other persons.
107. a) As you said and as you practise it yourself, there is the possibility as a solution – in order not to have to leave the personal living area for the purchase of the necessary food – to call sales and transport companies in order to have food delivered by telephone call or internet against prepayment or invoice to the doorstep, where the goods are deposited without coming into contact with the delivery persons.
108. 12) Unavoidable contacts with persons living outside one’s own living and residential area should only take place at a sufficient distance, whereby touching such as shaking hands or hugging should be taboo.
109. 13) Outdoor recreation alone, such as walking around outside, going for a walk or doing sports, can of course be allowed if the distance rule of a 2-metre distance to other persons is observed and, if the situation requires it, a suitable protective mask is worn.
110. a) … walks can also be taken in twos or threes, if persons from the personal living environment are involved, if they are harmless in terms of health.
111. 14) Helping fellow human beings in the neighbourhood of one’s own living and residential area, as well as elderly or sick family members living outside, as well as elderly or sick neighbouring persons who need help, is also to be considered, in order to supply them with food, etc., under certain circumstances.
112. In the case of neighbouring persons – except in the case of family members in need of help – all necessary precautions should be taken not to enter their living quarters, but to leave the food to be delivered and purchases of daily necessities etc. outside the door of the flat.
113. 15) Private meetings with outside persons should not be organised and therefore refrained from, also with regard to any celebrations, such as birthday parties, play dates for children or adults, film evenings, sporting or group events and leisure activities, etc.
114. Such activities should only be carried out with the persons living in the household.
115. 16) In the case of illnesses, also in the case of children, visits to the doctor may be unavoidable, but such visits should be arranged by telephone before going to the doctor.
116. 17) If psychological problems occur, then telephone offers from hotlines of psychological services should be taken up and, if necessary, an arrangement for a visit to a psychologist or psychiatrist should be made by telephone.
117. 18) If there are unavoidable visits to the doctor or other necessities in order to attend any agreed visits or meetings, then no public transport should be used, only own transport:
118. Car, bicycle or on foot.
119. However, if only public transport is possible, then it should be used only according to all safety rules:
120. Keep your distance, wear protective masks, do not touch other people.
121. 19) Travel of any kind for pleasure, such as holidays, weekends etc. should be avoided.
122. Travel of any kind is to be avoided as far as possible.
123. 20) If public transport has to be used on the way to daily work, then suitable protective masks for the mouth and nose are to be worn.
124. 21) In a public space, a meeting should take place with a maximum of only one other person, and in accordance with safety rules, at a distance and wearing a protective mask if necessary.
125. 22) Crowds of persons should be avoided.
126. 23) Public institutions of any kind, such as offices, authorities, police, administrations, insurance companies and other institutions should only be visited when necessary.
127. These, Eduard, dear friend, are my and our Panel’s recommendations and advice, which it is recommended that all of you in the Centre and all core-group members outside the Centre, as well as passive-group members, as well as your friends and acquaintances worldwide, and also all Earth-humans, follow.[F1]
