Our informal group of friends has gleaned this health information from the Contact Reports, the recorded meetings between extraterrestrial folks and Billy Meier. Due to the nature of the source material, the health information that we have found is both broad and at times deep. Unlike the health information one usually finds, what’s presented here comes from human beings who strive to teach the importance of living with the laws of nature.
The contact reports offer an abundance of health information that can help us learn to become more healthy and conscious true human beings. In collaboration, Billy and Plejaren have published to date, 889 reports, many of which are specifically designed to educate Earth humans with intelligent discourse which helps us learn how to think clearly and critically. This information is freely available, ensuring a more conscious future for everyone willing to study and learn.
Billy’s mission began at a young age with face-to-face meetings with Sfath, a respected Plejaren man, in 1942. Subsequent meetings involved many folks, including a Timmar woman named Asket, and a Plejaren woman named Semjase, starting in January of 1975. The health information starts showing up in the Contact Reports around the mid -1970’s, onwards.
These contacts expanded to include a wide variety of important topics from the expertise of the Plejaren Federation members such as Ptaah, Quetzal, Florena, Bermunda, and others. All of these Contact Notes are available on the Future of Mankind website (www.futureofmankind.co.uk) and are freely available to you.
Billy Meier is 86 years old and a native to Switzerland where he currently resides. For over 80 years, he has been regularly visited, communicating and learning with extraterrestrial human beings. He’s published much of that information in great detail in his Contact Reports, which this Health Resource website is based on. In addition to health, this unprecedented UFO case explains many facets of the true history of life on Earth. In addition, Billy has published over 66 books of a vast array of topics taken from his interactions with the Plejaren.

Semjase is currently 378 years old, which corresponds approximately to an Earth-human woman who is 
33 years old. She’s about 1.7 metres (5.5 ft.) tall and is a slender, young, pretty woman with fair skin, blue eyes and light-blond, fine hair. Semjase was Billy’s first contact in 1975 when the mission first began. She is the daughter of Ptaah. Due to her exceptional knowledge, which surpasses the average of even those of her home-world, she has assumed the Plejaren designated rank of half-Jschrjsch, which may mean a ‘half-queen of wisdom’ or a ‘half-goddess’, as they were called earlier on Earth. Having mastered several occupations and occupied herself with various matters on our planet, years before communicating with Billy Meier, she became one of the better orientated extraterrestrials with regards to our situation on Earth,
Ptaah is 800 years old and is the commander of the Plejaren spacecraft fleet and is vested with the rank of an Jschwjsch, (JHWH), which is comparable in meaning to a king of wisdom. Among the many professions he’s had during his long life, he is a physician who provides thoroughly researched accurate health and healing information. Ptaah and Billy shared almost 100 official contacts thus far, specifically regarding the Corona virus pandemic. He also presides over other inhabited planets. At the present time, Ptaah presides over three different planets, two of which are known to us as Erra and Terra (Earth)–his home-world and ours.
Quetzal is 392 years old as of 2023. He is 1.9 metres (6.25 ft.) tall and has blue-gray eyes and light brown hair. He is the father of six children. During the 11-year contact period (1975-1986), Quetzal was Commander of all Plejaren stations in our solar system. According to Billy Meier, Quetzal possesses enormous abilities, especially in the field of technology. He is also quite a distinguished inventor who has invented and constructed several very useful devices for Billy and FIGU, which have been of great use in the fulfilment of their mission. Regarding various concerns and problems on our earth, the four contact persons, Sfath, Semjase, Quetzal and Ptaah, have been extraordinarily willing and active in the fulfilment of their tasks. Quetzal is also a physician.
Sfath was Billy’s teacher, mentor, role model and taught Billy when he was a young boy, 5 to 16 years of age (11 years), like a confidant, adviser and clever old, great grandfather type character to him we might presume. Sfath taught Billy many different necessary things, among those appropriate for his age, preparing him in a number of ways for becoming later in life the Plejaren Federation mediator among other things. He was a venerable and wise man, who like every other mere mortal, eventually had to depart from this life. Sfath was the father of Ptaah and the grandfather to Semjase.
Florena is a young Plejaren woman who started contacts with Billy in 1995. She is currently 191 years old. Her name Florena means “one that is blooming”. Some of Florena’s tasks when contacting Billy is to ask questions and undertake research on behalf of Ptaah when Ptaah is unable to contact Billy himself.
Bermunda
The Plejarens are an advanced race of human beings who live on the planet Erra in the part of space beyond the Pleiades star constellation. They’ve watched over the earth for a millions of years. Even though, their ancestors are the same as ours, they are very much more evolved than we are in every way. For one, their world hasn’t experienced war in over 50,000 years.
